About the Company

Capio Vårdcentral Rågsved is an established healthcare center with approximately 6,600 listed patients, providing primary care with an expanded health-promoting mission. The facility includes BVC and midwifery services, working actively with preventive healthcare based on population needs.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for operations, employees, quality, and finances
• Lead through a management group in close cooperation with the medical director and deputy manager
• Create structure, stability, and long-term sustainable development
• Manage personnel, budget, and results
• Strengthen medical quality and patient safety
• Develop working methods, collaboration, and culture between professional groups
• Work strategically with staffing and competence supply
• Drive patient listing growth and health-promoting missions

Requirements

• Documented experience in management or leadership roles within healthcare
• Experience with responsibility for personnel, budget, and results
• Understanding of quality work, work environment, and operational management
• Experience driving change and improvement processes
• Ability to create structure and clarity in complex, high-tempo environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in primary care
• Specialist competence in general medicine
