Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the health center's operations, focusing on quality, patient safety, work environment, economy, and business development
• Lead the operation through employees and create conditions for engaged and sustainable work
• Act as a present leader close to the operations to build a climate where employees feel seen and motivated
• Drive improvement work and develop the business based on patient needs and Capio's quality goals
• Collaborate with other operations managers within the Stockholm Syd leadership team

Requirements

• Experience in leadership roles
• Strong commitment to developing people and operations
• Ability to make decisions and drive change management
• A background in healthcare is likely required
• Experience in primary care is a merit
