About the role
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day home office operations and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Drive operational discipline across project lifecycles to ensure high-quality results
- Act as the primary bridge between departments to ensure alignment on corporate initiatives
- Maintain and optimize a centralized project management system
- Manage workforce planning, manpower calculations, and resource utilization
- Oversee execution of change orders and additional service requests (ASRs)
- Direct, mentor, and lead a diverse team of consultants, SMEs, and staff
- Manage operational expenses, cost-saving initiatives, and monthly financial reporting
- Oversee invoicing support, accounts receivable tracking, and contract administration
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in business operations, office management, or operational leadership
- Proven track record of directly supervising staff
- Advanced expertise in Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with modern project management and CRM platforms
- Proficiency in budget administration, basic accounting, and financial tracking
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
