Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day shop operations to drive efficiency and profitability
• Manage shop staff, including service technicians, lot porters, and administrative personnel
• Assign repair orders based on technician skill sets and monitor individual/team productivity
• Manage and monitor P&L, identifying opportunities for revenue and labor hour growth
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain shop safety protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional dealership teams to ensure departmental alignment
• Manage the customer experience to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing P&L and forecasting financial goals
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must have Saturday availability
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in RV or automotive manufacturing
• Technical knowledge of RVs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience operating a forklift
