Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all shop staff, including service technicians, lot porters, and administrative personnel
• Oversee individual contributor productivity, efficiency, and capabilities to meet established benchmarks
• Assign repair orders based on technician skill sets to optimize labor utilization
• Monitor and manage P&L, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and labor hour optimization
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain shop safety protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional dealership teams to ensure department alignment on daily goals
• Manage the customer experience to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the RV or automotive manufacturing industry
• Experience managing P&L and forecasting financial goals
• Strong leadership, team management, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have Saturday availability
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of RVs
• Experience operating a forklift
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
