Operations Manager - BESS

Responsibilities

• Manage BESS Procurement Company operations including qualification, pre-production, and quality assurance testing
• Oversee third-party inspection agencies for testing across production and warranty periods
• Manage production processes for purchased technologies
• Oversee supplier qualification and production line audits in line with supply chain standards
• Monitor manufacturing and transportation schedules and coordinate delivery and storage plans
• Ensure BOM material traceability to satisfy Lender requirements
• Manage financial processes including LCs, documentation, invoicing, and cash flow management
• Manage advance, performance, and warranty bonds
• Support negotiation of technical requirements in supply agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in contracts and purchasing within a large organization
• 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
