About the Company

L’Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d’Albion, located in the heart of Cannes, embodies contemporary, elegant, and dynamic hospitality. The establishment offers a complete range of services including accommodation, dining, events, and the management of the iconic private beach, Mademoiselle Gray.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all hotel and beach operations
• Support and manage operational teams and service managers
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in the development, monitoring, and optimization of operating budgets
• Ensure cost control and operational supervision of F&B activities
• Lead cross-functional projects related to organization, customer experience, and performance
• Contribute to the development and optimization of restaurant, event, and beach activities
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Higher education in hospitality, catering, or management
• At least 5 years of significant experience in operational management within a luxury hotel
• Solid expertise in Food & Beverage (F&B) management and high-volume events
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in French and English
