Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations
• Lead, coach, and develop field personnel
• Coordinate job schedules, equipment, and field resources
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability
• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs
• Ensure compliance with DOT requirements, SOPs, and safety initiatives
• Oversee training plans and equipment maintenance
• Meet or exceed branch performance goals and monthly metrics

Requirements

• 5–10 years of industrial experience
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Ability to organize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Ability to pass a drug screen, fit-for-duty exam, and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Rigging or power generation experience
• College degree
