Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage field personnel
• Schedule daily jobs and allocate equipment
• Develop best practices for operational efficiency and job profitability
• Provide support to the sales team
• Manage labor and equipment to comply with DOT, SOP, and safety standards
• Track and assign training for field personnel
• Ensure branch meets criteria set in monthly report cards

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and exhibit flexibility
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Strong computer skills with MS Office proficiency
• Ability to train through mentoring and delegation
• Must pass drug test, fit for duty, and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-10 years of industrial experience
• Rigging or power generation experience
• College degree
