Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist Advisors and Supervisors across multiple departments
• Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for the shift operation
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate assignments, safety issues, and priorities
• Mentor, train, and develop Advisors for career progression
• Drive continuous improvement regarding safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Communicate new policies and procedures to the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
• Experience overseeing multiple functional areas simultaneously
• Experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE)
• Ability to work a flexible shift schedule
• Exceptional people skills and effective communication abilities
• Understanding of fast-paced warehouse demands (receiving, stocking, inbound/outbound, etc.)
• P&L management experience is preferred
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are preferred
