About the role
Responsibilities
- Own high-impact automation processes end-to-end including instrumentation, workflow mapping, and monitoring
- Design and automate workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and LLMs to improve scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams
- Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes
- Identify bottlenecks and automate fixes to optimize manual claim-related workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or startup
- Strong SQL fluency for querying and structuring data
- Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects autonomously in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI Automation Infrastructure (Prompt Iteration, Evaluations, Agent Workflows)
- Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems
- Experience building workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools like Zapier or Retool
- Experience with agentic workflow development and cloud environments
