Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and guide the operational team to ensure high performance.
• Utilize data to monitor purchasing figures and conversion rates to optimize the business unit.
• Manage staffing levels to ensure purchasing objectives are consistently met.
• Act as a key link between headquarters and branches, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive bi-annual feedback sessions in partnership with the People Team.

Requirements

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of thinking and working.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a commercial, operational, or performance-driven environment.
• Proven experience in managing, coaching, or developing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-driven management.
• Ability to lead people through change and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a result-oriented mindset.

• Affinity with the automotive industry.
