Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, personnel, and scheduling for the home care unit
• Conduct systematic quality and business development
• Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and relatives
• Manage unit economy and budget
• Ensure occupancy levels based on budget and set goals
• Collaborate with corporate support functions

Requirements

• University degree (Social Worker, Behavioral Scientist, Nurse, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare and/or social care
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license

• Experience in private care services
• Experience leading organizations through development and change
• Experience working in large organizations or high-growth companies
