Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations, personnel, and scheduling
• Conduct systematic quality and business development
• Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and relatives
• Manage economy and budget related to the operations
• Ensure occupancy based on budget and set goals
• Collaborate with support functions within the group

Requirements

• University degree as a social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse, or equivalent (IVO requirements)
• At least 7.5 credits in social law (if not a social worker)
• Minimum 3 years of practical full-time experience in care services
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare and/or social care within the last 5 years
• Experience in budget work and financial analysis
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private care services/home care
• Experience leading operations through development and change
• Experience working in a large organization or a high-growth company
