Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance, profitability, and day-to-day operations of the Service Center North America repair business.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, including labor, material, and overhead cost control.
• Oversee daily operations of the engineered-to-order repair workshop and administrative team.
• Monitor project order costs in real time to ensure adherence to budget and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Review and approve Component Disposition Reports (CDRs) in collaboration with engineering.
• Lead and develop the workshop and parts team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar manufacturing/service environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industrial experience.
• Proven experience managing business performance, including P&L ownership and operational KPIs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in turbomachinery, oil & gas, or industrial service operations.
• Experience leading teams in a repair, manufacturing, or production environment.
