Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet quotas, schedules, and shipment targets
• Manage inventory accuracy, tracking, reporting, and purchasing coordination
• Lead and promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise, coach, and develop employees through scheduling and performance management
• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment efficiency and prompt repairs
• Monitor product handling, weighing, and storage for operational consistency
• Support payroll processes including timecard review and approval

Requirements

• 5–10 years of operations management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or recycling environments
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
• Strong safety leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across operations and staff
• Comfortable working on-site and overseeing heavy equipment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
