Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse and operational execution to ensure performance, quality, and service delivery
• Oversee inbound, internal, and outbound material flow across assigned SLOCs
• Develop and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and integrate RCA findings into process standardization
• Identify and drive warehouse improvement initiatives including layout optimization, workflow efficiency, and space utilization
• Champion continuous improvement practices using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and international shipping regulations
• Enforce safety protocols, material handling standards, and maintain 6S discipline
• Oversee shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and export documentation
• Partner with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to ensure service performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Customer Operations teams

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations leadership or operations management
• Strong expertise in material flow management and continuous improvement
• Proven ability in RCA and CAPA management
• Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of international shipping and compliance requirements
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and driving day-to-day operational execution in fast-paced environments
• Experience driving warehouse optimization initiatives and capacity scaling
• Proficiency in SLOC-level inventory management
