Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote an exemplary safety culture, making the health and safety of teams the absolute priority
• Lead and develop a team of managers, creating an environment focused on innovation and talent development
• Drive operational performance with a strategic vision, optimizing receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes
• Design and deploy large-scale continuous improvement initiatives based on deep data analysis
• Drive innovation in logistics processes and actively share best practices across the Amazon distribution network

Requirements

• Engineering, Business, or University degree
• Proven experience managing managers or diverse leadership profiles
• Strong data analysis skills
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Experience working in an industrial, logistics, or transportation environment
