Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all laboratory operations and workflows at the Mayfield site
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of analytical data
• Maintain strict compliance with ISO 17025, NATA, and internal quality systems
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high service standards
• Manage staffing, productivity, training, and performance processes
• Oversee calibration, equipment maintenance, reporting, and stock control
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a strong HSE culture
• Manage audits, inter-laboratory programs, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in laboratory or operations management
• Strong understanding of quality systems, specifically ISO 17025 and NATA
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A deep commitment to safety, quality, and team performance
