Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and performance of production sites using key performance indicators
• Manage monthly reporting quality within internal tools such as PBI, Intelex, and Maximo
• Identify operational issues and define action plans to improve site reliability, efficiency, and safety
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies in collaboration with maintenance teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners regarding operational matters and participate in activity reviews
• Oversee the execution of M1 and M3 maintenance operations
• Manage internal CMMS updates (Maximo) and external systems where applicable
• Manage emergency plans and participate in management on-call rotations

Requirements

• Bac +5 degree in a relevant engineering or technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Versatile technical skills in Instrumentation, Electrical, Automation, and Mechanical systems
• Strong knowledge of gases, cryogenics, and pressure equipment management
