About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the agricultural operation independently in coordination with management
- Provide operational leadership to assigned employees
- Ensure smooth daily business processes to achieve successful operating results
- Act as a trusted contact person for customers and maintain customer relationships
- Acquire new customers to expand market position
- Support the team with daily tasks including product sales and goods receipt/issue
Requirements
- Passion for agriculture
- Commercial and/or agricultural training or degree
- Previous experience in business management preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of economic contexts
- Strong customer orientation and sales enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
