Operations Manager Agriculture

Responsibilities

• Lead the agricultural operation and associated garden market in coordination with management
• Provide operational leadership to assigned employees
• Ensure smooth daily business operations to achieve successful operating results
• Act as a trusted contact person for customers and maintain customer relationships
• Acquire new customers to expand market position
• Support the team with daily tasks including sales and goods receipt/issue

Requirements

• Passion for agriculture
• Commercial and/or agricultural training or degree
• Experience in business management/leadership
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of economic contexts
• Strong customer orientation and sales enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently and motivate a team
