Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all national operational and technical functions in Italy, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations across all Italian sites, managing fleet readiness, maintenance, and repairs within budget and schedule.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs, repair costs, and depot expenses to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop operational, field, and depot teams, including Service Centre Managers and technical staff.
• Optimize resource allocation, roles, and structures based on operational workload and project requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with technical, environmental, and HSE regulations in Italy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Delivery, Fleet, and Logistics departments to enhance overall business performance.

Requirements

• Engineering or technical-operational degree.
• Proven experience leading operational organizations, service centers, or field service teams.
• Expertise in maintenance, asset management, and service delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on results, safety, and people development.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and regulated environments.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
