Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage operational departments to maximize revenue and profit while minimizing costs and staying within budget guidelines
• Support the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting for all operations departments
• Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports to identify deviations from business plan goals
• Ensure compliance with corporate audits, local health and safety, and other statutory regulations
• Develop and implement long-term operational goals and conduct daily management briefings
• Evaluate guest needs and competitive sets to recommend appropriate product or service changes
• Address guest issues proactively to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Manage, train, and develop departmental team members and management staff
• Assist the General Manager with recruitment, selection, and performance evaluations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of operational management experience with a strong background in Rooms and/or F&B
• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable hospitality school preferred
• High degree of professionalism with strong business acumen and understanding of hotel operations
• Excellent proficiency in written and oral English
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
