Operations Manager

About the Company

A2MO, a subsidiary of the ALTYN Group, advises and supports clients in real estate strategy, programming, and operations management. The company operates across France in sectors including healthcare, tertiary, security, and higher education.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise clients to guarantee qualitative, functional, calendar, financial, technical, and environmental project compliance
• Select and coordinate partners while ensuring respect for contractual commitments
• Accompany the final operator in taking possession of the project while defending the client's interests
• Manage projects from the design study phase through administrative authorizations to site execution and final handover

Requirements

• Higher technical education degree
• At least 5 years of experience in project management during the execution phase
• Experience with large-scale projects
• Knowledge of Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande Publique) and various procurement modes (Loi MOP, Marchés Globaux)
