Operations Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured development program designed to prepare candidates for management and leadership roles.
• Gain deep insight into global logistics through rotating job assignments across various operational functions.
• Receive extensive on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to build core management competencies.
• Assume management responsibilities and prepare for advancement to a management-level position upon successful completion of the program.

Requirements

• University degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience.
• High proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work in shifts and at various locations throughout Hong Kong.
• Strong passion for pursuing a career within the logistics industry.
• Agile, innovative, and self-motivated mindset with a willingness to accept new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Class 1 or Class 2 driving license.
