Operations & Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support Operation and Maintenance contracts through technical and financial management of improvement projects, claims, and installation pendencies.
• Perform technical evaluations of improvement projects and lead their implementation, including the management of third-party contractors.
• Act as the focal point for interaction with internal departments such as service workshops, factories, field service, quality, and EHS.
• Manage long-term maintenance contracts for turbine generators and compressors, ensuring payment milestones and resource scheduling for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities for upgrades, preparing technical justifications and budgets to present to clients.
• Ensure all projects and action plans are executed within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in project management or leadership roles.
• Professional experience within the Power Generation or Oil & Gas industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Fluent English skills for participating in meetings and preparing technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other Siemens Energy units in Brazil or abroad for training and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Siemens Energy products, specifically Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, and Compressors.
