Operations & Maintenance Site Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Execute Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract site operations
• Supervise staff assigned to mechanical operations, programming, monitoring, and alarm response
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to fulfill contractual obligations
• Program and monitor alarm responses and mechanical operations
• Communicate with clients and facility occupants to ensure satisfaction and identify contract extras
• Maintain and update all assigned systems, including HVAC, mechanical, fire, and security systems
• Develop and implement employee training and development plans
• Provide regular management reports to the O&M team and the client
• Ensure compliance with all city, state, and federal license and certification requirements
• Review all work to ensure performance adheres to established safety procedures
• Note: The primary shift for this role is Saturday–Monday, from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance
• Ability to program and operate Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage/train entry-level personnel
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders at all levels
• Commitment to working in a quality-focused, team-oriented environment
