Operations & Maintenance Site Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage facility hard services and MEP equipment maintenance for a newly constructed electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical staff, supervisors, and schedulers/planners.
• Manage the client relationship through transparent communication and meeting customer expectations.
• Plan preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment lifecycles.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and oversee change order requests.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract technical provisions and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day and long-term work activities, including post-construction warranty management.
• Maintain high-quality data entry within the CMMS and support monthly performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in Facility Management.
• 5 years of experience in HVAC, Facilities, or a parallel industry.
• 2 years of management leadership experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA codes and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• BOMA and/or IFMA designations (RPA/CFM).
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency in managing HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, CRAC Units, and building automation systems.
• Experience leading customer meetings and implementing strategic operational plans.
