Operations Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of safety and compliance through proactive initiatives and robust systems
• Oversee operational and financial performance, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage performance, talent development, and succession planning for operational teams
• Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to optimize processes and support market growth
• Implement efficiency and cost-reduction programs to increase profitability while maintaining safety

Requirements

• Qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent industrial experience
• Proven experience in chemical or industrial operational environments
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Experience in liquid waste collection, manufacturing, or logistics operations
• Strong financial and commercial capability, including P&L management
