About the role
Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of safety and compliance through proactive initiatives and robust systems
- Oversee operational and financial performance, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage performance, talent development, and succession planning for operational teams
- Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to optimize processes and support market growth
- Implement efficiency and cost-reduction programs to increase profitability while maintaining safety
Requirements
- Qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent industrial experience
- Proven experience in chemical or industrial operational environments
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Experience in liquid waste collection, manufacturing, or logistics operations
- Strong financial and commercial capability, including P&L management
