Operations

Responsibilities

• Support daily trade capture, validation, settlement, and reconciliation across brokers and exchanges
• Monitor risk and exposure against limits, and assist with compliance and trade surveillance
• Support month-end close, management reporting, payments, and expense reconciliation
• Assist with HR, onboarding, people operations, and day-to-day office management
• Provide operational and administrative support across business development and broader operations

Requirements

• Strong numeracy and a high bar for accuracy and attention to detail
• Methodical, organised, and process-driven approach to work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and business systems
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
• Sound judgement, discretion, and a controls-minded approach
• Adaptability and willingness to work across different functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trading operations, risk, compliance, finance, HR, or business development
• Exposure to trading, financial services, or professional services environments
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle, reconciliations, or regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with systems such as HiBob, NetSuite, or similar
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced, high-growth business
