Operations Legal and Compliance/REPSE Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal legal reference for subcontracting and specialized services matters across all business areas.
• Identify, assess, and communicate legal and regulatory risks to process owners, proposing timely corrective actions.
• Review, draft, and negotiate specialized services agreements to ensure compliance with subcontracting reforms and current regulations.
• Design and oversee document management processes required for monthly compliance before clients and authorities.
• Execute mandatory quarterly reporting before IMSS and INFONAVIT via ICSOE and SISUB systems.
• Coordinate and manage the mandatory annual audit process with external auditors.
• Manage the REPSE registration process, including maintenance, renewals, and obtaining new registrations as business needs evolve.
• Coordinate responses to government requests and inspections from regulatory authorities such as STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Legal or a strongly related field.
• 3+ years of experience in law, regulatory compliance, labor law, social security, or corporate law.
• Proven experience managing REPSE processes, including registration maintenance, quarterly reporting, and mandatory annual audits.
• Direct experience with IMSS and INFONAVIT audit processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the energy, construction, engineering, EPC, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency with digital document management platforms for regulatory tracking.
• Experience working within multinational corporations or complex matrix organizational structures.
• Strong analytical skills to identify legal risks and propose practical solutions in complex environments.
