About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute three one-year rotational assignments across various functions including Continuous Improvement, Materials Management, Purchasing, and Logistics
- Achieve performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) within assigned rotations
- Participate in technical and leadership training programs and relevant certifications
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to business success
- Engage in regular performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring sessions
- Participate in company-sponsored volunteer activities through Xylem Watermark initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Operations-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Lean Manufacturing)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Proven leadership potential and ability to work effectively in team settings
- Strong commitment to building a long-term career in Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain
