Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections in factories and train local teams
• Conduct internal audits to ensure inspection SOP compliance
• Identify process improvement opportunities using AI, data analysis, and new tools
• Collaborate with support departments to resolve inspector and client issues
• Lead LEAN projects to reduce lead times and improve product quality
• Promote the adoption of AI-driven solutions in day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Final-year engineering student or recent graduate
• Available for a 6-month internship
• Fluent in English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
