Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Key Holder and trusted member of the leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise store partners, providing guidance, direction, and support to maintain productivity and morale.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
• Uphold animal care standards to ensure the health, safety, and proper handling of all pets.
• Execute merchandising standards, including planograms, pricing accuracy, and promotional setups.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking, cycle counts, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is required; key holder or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise, supplies, or animals weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
