Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Key Holder and trusted member of the leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise store partners, providing guidance and direction to maintain productivity and morale.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including following all cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
• Uphold animal care standards to ensure the health, safety, and proper handling of all pets.
• Execute merchandising standards, including planograms, pricing accuracy, and promotional set-ups.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory integrity.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is required; key holder or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and experience with cash handling and transactions.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Physical ability to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
