Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead operational teams at a distribution center dedicated to heavy and bulky goods.
• Promote a collaborative work environment through continuous guidance and training.
• Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
• Meet performance targets regarding safety, quality, productivity, and operational deadlines.
• Plan the distribution of operational resources to meet weekly demand.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management and overseeing logistics, industrial, or distribution center operations.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using tools to generate reports and track KPIs.
• Availability for onsite work in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools applied to information analysis.
