Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage the production process through high-performance teams and established standards to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate assigned personnel in accordance with internal labor regulations to maintain stability.
• Support and facilitate the development of team members to strengthen the high-performance system.
• Assist in the documentation of work processes to increase efficiency and standardize operations.
• Promote productivity through continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transformation costs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety, hygiene, and ecology (GEHS) programs.
• Make key decisions regarding quality, action plans for area improvements, and the management of multifunctional work teams.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles within operations or production in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of operations management.
• Green Belt certification.
• English proficiency (80% to 100%).
