Operations Leader - Intern

Responsibilities

• Join inspectors on-site to perform product inspections in factories and train local teams
• Conduct internal audits to ensure inspection SOPs and client requirements are met
• Identify opportunities to improve inspections through physical tools, IT, AI, and data analysis
• Collaborate with support departments to resolve issues reported by inspectors or clients
• Take ownership of LEAN projects to reduce lead times and improve product quality

Requirements

• Final-year engineering student or recent graduate
• Available for a 6-month internship
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
