Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage operational processes to support business objectives, revenue growth, and client acquisition targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff, including Registered and non-registered Client Service Associates.
• Assist advisors with client servicing, including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and executing trades.
• Oversee branch vitals, including P&L management, budgeting, expense reduction, and reporting.
• Partner with the Branch Manager and Registered Principal to ensure compliance and effective marketing execution.
• Manage administrative duties such as meeting preparation, client follow-ups, and new business paperwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven supervisory experience, including knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
• Proficiency with standard business software applications.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Series 7 license or the ability to obtain it within 150 days.
• State securities agent registration (S3 or S66) or the ability to obtain it within 150 days.
