Operations Leader (Admissions)

Responsibilities

• Generate strategic reports and presentations regarding admissions, selectivity, and scholarships to support decision-making.
• Coordinate the contact center team to ensure follow-up goals are met across all stages of the attraction funnel.
• Identify and propose strategic initiatives to achieve enrollment goals for high school and professional programs.
• Manage and control the department budget in coordination with area coordinators.
• Act as a CRM Power User, generating dashboards and providing technical support to users.
• Support marketing and advertising efforts to drive student attraction.
• Represent the campus in regional and national meetings and projects.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in budgeting, planning, marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing CRM systems.
• Experience in admissions or related educational sectors is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in market intelligence and strategic planning.
