Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of Repair & Warranty operations
• Coordinate workflow between Sewing, Shipping, and Intake teams
• Monitor production against daily goals and adjust priorities
• Coach employees on quality, productivity, and standard operating procedures
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory movement
• Act as a communication bridge between the Department Manager and frontline staff

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, warehouse, or repair operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to coach and motivate employees
• Ability to make operational decisions independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in apparel repair, industrial sewing, outdoor products, or warranty operations
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
• Experience working with production metrics and KPIs
