Operations Lead Sales & Trading - Endur

Responsibilities

• Manage S&T level End-of-Day (EoD) delivery, overseeing processing, validations, and P&L delivery from Endur
• Coordinate issue resolution for production incidents affecting trade capture, pricing, and risk reporting
• Prioritize and manage the New Product Approval (NPA) process to ensure operational readiness in Endur
• Represent S&T interests in prioritization forums, translating business needs into IT requirements
• Act as business owner for core ETRM processes and data standards, enforcing golden-source logic
• Support and guide the change agenda to ensure system enhancements are adopted and documented

Requirements

• 7–10 years in energy trading, operations, or ETRM support
• Direct exposure to front-to-back trade lifecycle in power, gas, or emissions
• Strong understanding of trading products, pricing, valuation, risk measures, and P&L attribution
• Hands-on experience with Endur (deal setup, portfolio structures, market data, and workflows)
• Proven experience bridging the gap between business and IT functions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with process improvement and digital transformation methodologies
