Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end people operations including onboarding, off-boarding, and immigration coordination
• Manage the San Francisco office, including facilities, vendor relationships, and office moves
• Build and maintain company culture through team events and offsites
• Develop and maintain SOPs, internal documentation, and the company wiki
• Manage IT infrastructure, including MDM, device procurement, and internal tech stack
• Project manage security audits (SOC 2) and ensure compliance with employment requirements
• Support recruiting operations by coordinating onsite interviews and offer logistics

Requirements

• 3–6 years in internal operations or chief-of-staff roles at high-growth startups
• Experience working at Series A through Series C stages
• Proven track record of implementing internal systems
• High proficiency with AI tools
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced build environments
• Strong judgment regarding ownership and escalation
