Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
• Provide strategic leadership across project execution, client engagement, and team management
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for project and business-related matters
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture and effective resource utilization
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development strategies
• Implement operational strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in operations or project management within the construction, engineering, PMC, or infrastructure sectors
• Proven track record of leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project portfolios
• Strong expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise management systems
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage operational performance and resource planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2
• Experience working with government entities, major developers, or giga-projects
• Previous experience within a PMC or engineering consultancy environment
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian construction market and regulatory environment
• Saudi nationality is preferred
