Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities while directly performing picking, packing, and receiving tasks
• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately
• Maintain product inventory and restock as needed
• Inspect products for damages and report issues
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Receive, sort, and store incoming products
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Monitor supply levels for corrugated material, labels, and safety equipment
• Collaborate with management to execute and report on initiatives
• Identify efficiency gains and process improvements

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Warehouse Associate
• Proven track record of reliable attendance
• Experience in a warehouse setting
• Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift
• Familiarity with hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Physical stamina to lift or move at least 40 lbs
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a cold storage facility environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Good working knowledge of warehouse data systems
• Strong inventory and communication skills
