Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, best practices, and Standard Operating Procedures, including cGMP and OSHA.
• Manage the safety, quality, and productivity of associates and equipment within the operations environment.
• Meet promise-by times and productivity benchmarks by effectively deploying labor, equipment, and systems.
• Accurately report the consumption of resources such as labor, materials, inventory, and equipment.
• Manage day-to-day operations to maintain and enhance the accuracy of work-in-progress and standing inventories.
• Update paperwork and databases in real-time to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assign individual tasks to associates and assess the quality and productivity of output on an ongoing basis.
• Participate in all training and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Education or higher.
• One year of related supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General warehouse or distribution skills.
• Basic to intermediate mathematical skills (counting, adding, multiplying, percentages, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionally.
