Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead property turnovers by coordinating housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Oversee onsite readiness, including furniture assembly and troubleshooting tech setups
• Manage relationships with external vendors, housekeeping staff, and building personnel
• Conduct thorough property inspections using mobile checklists to ensure quality control
• Perform hands-on support for urgent needs such as minor repairs or appliance troubleshooting
• Manage corporate van inventory and supplies to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in field ops, facilities, or hospitality
• Basic handyman and minor repair skills
• Physical ability to lift 30lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• Proficiency with Slack, G Suite, and mobile applications
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
