Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead property turnovers by coordinating housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Oversee onsite readiness including furniture assembly and tech troubleshooting
• Manage relationships with external vendors, housekeeping staff, and building personnel
• Conduct thorough property inspections using mobile checklists to ensure quality control
• Provide hands-on support for urgent needs such as appliance repairs or guest lockouts
• Manage corporate vans and inventory stock to ensure supply availability

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role (field ops, facilities, or hospitality)
• Ability to perform basic handyman tasks and minor repairs
• Physical capability to lift 30lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• Proficiency with Slack, G Suite, and mobile applications
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van-sized vehicle
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Access to a reliable vehicle for mileage reimbursement
