Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead property turnovers by overseeing apartment preparation, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination
• Ensure onsite readiness by assembling furniture, troubleshooting tech, and performing minor repairs
• Manage relationships with external vendors, housekeeping staff, and building personnel
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections using mobile checklists
• Provide hands-on support for urgent needs such as appliance troubleshooting or guest lockouts
• Manage corporate van inventory and supplies to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role (field ops, facilities, hospitality, or housekeeping)
• Ability to perform basic handyman tasks and minor repairs
• Physical capability to lift 30lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• Proficiency with Slack, G Suite, and mobile applications
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van-sized vehicle
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
